延續【孫儷7日減重菜單】之Day15
第三輪7日減重菜單的第一天,持續昨晚的炸雞放縱~嘻嘻!
昨冷藏炸雞加入高麗菜、地瓜葉用電鍋蒸,大水梨取幾片,蛋塔1個,昨晚還滷一鍋豆乾,放了幾片,超豐盛的週末早午餐
真的很耐餓,趕行程的過程也不會突然血糖爆炸餓到像幾天沒吃飯似地猛烈吃飯喔!
午餐因趕行程約1點左右吃了碗銀耳益氣甜湯
接著就忙到6點半吃晚餐。
