今年對於投資客來說可是個豐收的一年，從年初到現在，不管是金價、房價、股市還是基金都有相當大的漲幅!專家建議著手2011年，在黃金的部份第一季可以大膽進場。至於房市，因為價格不低，政府又全力打房，建議還是以中長期部局比較適合。
